I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University, UK, and serve as an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire, hosted by its Global Academic Foundation (UH-GAF) campus in Egypt. I am also the Co-Founder & CTO of TWINOVUS, a deep-tech startup developing AI-powered Digital Twin systems for resilient and predictive infrastructure.
